The Project

Simplyhealth made the big decision to upgrade its workspace in order to create a safe, healthy, agile and modern working environment for all colleagues in all office locations. Arriving at this conclusion prompted a complete rethink of how existing workspaces were used. Following a tender exercise and a number of presentations, WarrensOffice was fortunate enough to be selected to provide the office furniture as part of the transformation of three floors of offices at Anton House in Andover followed by another three floors of Simplyhealth House in Winchester.

A key factor in WarrensOffice’s selection was the company’s recommendation to reconfigure and re-use the existing desk leg frames rather than replace with new product. Not only did this represent a significant cost saving for Simplyhealth but by recycling a good proportion of its existing inventory, it also made sense on environmental grounds too. This exercise was carried out on traditional radial style desks which were converted into more compact straight ones with a smaller footprint, as well as a number of bench desks which had replacement tops fitted. New tops were also fitted to existing flexible tables for use in the meeting rooms.
