The Project

This was a relatively complex project due to the client’s city centre location which presented us with significant parking restrictions. This combined with the fact that all of the old furniture needed to be removed before the new could be . installed, and a very tight timescale due to a scheduled visit from senior management, meant that excellent project management was key to a successful outcome.

As with all projects we undertake the first phase was to create detailed plans of the office space “as is” so we could work out how it could look at the end of the project. We had to draw up the whole office from scratch – not an easy task when a pitched roof is involved!

Once we had an agreed new layout we produced some full colour renderings for the client, as sign off for the project was coming from abroad these were essential to demonstrate how the office was going to look once completed.

Everything was completed on time and within budget before the senior management meeting, and the feedback received from them and the staff on site was extremely positive, which was the desired outcome!
