The Project
Verisona invited us to submit a quote for the refit of their office. Against stiff competition our proposal proved significantly cheaper and we were awarded the contract as a result.WarrensOffice worked in conjunction with the fit-out company (selected by Verisona) liaising directly with them to ensure the office furniture arrived at the right time and was fully installed in time for the opening party!
Our dedicated project manager met frequently with the fit-out company before the installation, discussing power and data point positioning in relation to the office desks, position of the office reception unit in relation to the overhead lighting and numerous other details which were vital to ensure that Verisona were completely satisfied with the finished result.
WarrensOffice even supplied and installed a completely bespoke and fully DDA (Disabled Discrimination Act) compliant office reception unit.
Warrens has continued to supply the Verisona group with additional items of office furniture since completing this project.
Now that we are fully settled in our new premises at Lakeside, I thought I would contact you to let you know how pleased we are with the service we received from you and your colleagues.
Right from our initial meeting with yourself and Jez, we were completely impressed. Having travelled up to London to meet with some of your competitors there, not only did you match their professionalism and expertise but the quality of your service, and of your products, were every bit as good, if not better.
Despite the fact that our timescale was tight, you pulled the project in on time. Your help, guidance and advice in relation to our choice of products and the design for the layout for the individual offices, and in particular the reception, was invaluable.
It was a pleasure to work with yourself and Jez, and also with your fitters who were helpful, courteous, and extremely pleasant. We would not hesitate to use your services again, and can highly recommend you to others facing a similar project to the one that we had just completed.
