The Project

Carbosynth had a very tight timeline to move into their new building so it was vital we turned around the space plans extremely quickly. We were able to get access to the new building after our initial meeting and we had the first draft plan ready within 48 hours.

Pillar positions made space planning a challenge on the Ground Floor, but after a few tweaks and adjustments, we were able to accommodate the required number of staff. As space was tight we opted for a 700mm deep desk top instead of the standard 800mm, which made a saving of 200mm on each run of face-to-face desks enabling us to fit them all in.

We met up with the client on site prior to the installation taking place to mark out all the desk positions on the floor for any areas that were tight just to double check they were happy with the proposed positioning. The installation was completed in one day with two teams of fitters on site.

The client is very happy with the new furniture and we are currently working on a solution for the Boardroom with them.
